Refund policy

Dropshipped Items — No Refunds Items fulfilled directly by our suppliers and delivered to you are not eligible for returns or refunds. Once an order is placed with our supplier, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In-Stock Items — Returns with Handling Fee For items shipped from our own stock, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. A 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and processing costs.

To initiate a return on an in-stock item, please contact us at info@heartbeats.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalised products, and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing Approved refunds (minus the 20% handling fee) will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
