SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We currently ship to all major centres and surrounding areas within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are as follows:
Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 3–7 business days
Outlying/rural areas: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
3. Dropship & Supplier-Fulfilled Orders Some products in our catalogue are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. These orders may be shipped separately and may have longer delivery timeframes of 10–21 business days. You will be notified if your order includes supplier-fulfilled items.
4. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Delays HeartBeats is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to assist in resolving any shipping issues.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
7. International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship within South Africa only.
